Association PERTALIAN FRANCE-MALAISIE is a non-political and a non-profit organization established by the Malaysians championing the interest of Malaysians in France. Pertalian’s was also created to complement and supplement the services of Malaysian Government Agency since 1996.

The objectives of Pertalian France-Malaisie:

  • To establish and promote Malaysia’s culture and image. 

  • To provide the best available services to our members. 

  • To support and facilitate French and Malaysian companies to develop
    contacts and business links. 

  • To develop and maintain a LINK between France and Malaysia. 

  • To build leading edge networking opportunities for our members.

PFM takes pride in maintaining our reputation as the premier and the only officially
registered Malaysians Association in France. This calls for a continuous adherence to
 our mission of being of service to Malaysian in France and fulfilling our number one priority of maintaining the highest regard for the needs of our members.


  It is also our aim to meet the Vision 2020(Wawasan 2020) of our
Prime Minister, YAB Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad. To achieve this, PFM is gearing
up for steady expansion as we plan to actively do our part in bolstering the
image of Malaysia in France and in Europe.

 

The committee members of Pertalian France-Malaisie are passionate in their pursuit
of excellence and will work diligently to ensure that the association’s services always
represent the highest possible standards.

00 A SHORT HISTORY

Back in 1996 a few Malaysian residents in France got together to start

a Non Profit Association with the recognition from
H.E Ambassador of Malaysia to France Mr. Mohamed Haron,
H.E Malaysia Ambassador and Permanent Delegate to Unesco Mr. Haji Osman Jaffar, Mr. Jacques Chaumont(Président, Section Malaisie, Groupe d'Amitié France-Asie du Sud-Est/Sénat), Mr. Serge Monnier(Président, Groupe d'Amitié Franco Malaisie/ Assemblée Nationale)

all Malaysian and French government bodies in France for the primary purpose of creating a home away from home "

for Malaysians living in France.

 

              PERTALIAN FRANCE-MALAISIE was born.   

 

Our aim at Pertalian France-Malaisie is to foster stronger
 ties among Malaysians through activities and organized events.
It is important that Malaysians should never forget their heritage
and we hope through Pertalian France-Malaisie we can help to preserve the cultural and traditional values passed to us and keep Malaysia Flag flying high and proud in France .

 

Pertalian signifie ''lien'', Un lien entre la Malaisie et la France,
 au travers de relations professionnelles ou amicales.
 En toute occasion, il y a un lien qui nous relie entre
nos deux pays.
