PERTALIAN FRANCE-MALAISIE -Malaysians Association in France
is an ASSOCIATION GOVERNED BY THE LAW OF 1901.

THE Association Pertalian France-Malaisie consists of ordinary members, family members, corporate members, corporate sponsors, honorary members and Board of Advisors. Admission of a new members will be decided by the Executive Committee of the Association, or one of its delegated members.

ORDINARY MEMBERS : All Malaysian and french national or residents over 18 yrs may become ordinary members. Ordinary members have a right to vote at the General Assembly. However, only ordinary members who are Malaysian Nationals are eligible to be on the Executive Committee.

FAMILY MEMBERS : Spouses and children of ordinary members may become family members. Family members do not have a right of vote at the General Assembly and are not eligible to be on the Executive Committee

CORPORATE MEMBERS : Any companies or organisation registered in Malaysia or France with activities in Malaysia may become corporate members. Each corporate member will have a single vote at the General Assembly.

CORPORATE SPONSORS/FRIENDS OF PERTALIAN : All Corporate Sponsors and friends of Pertalian are greatly appreciated. Each Corporate Sponsor will have two votes at the General Assembly.

HONORARY MEMBER : The Executive Committee may nominate persons who render or have rendered notable service to the association as Honorary members. The Executive Committee will decide at the time of the Honorary member's nomination if he/she will have the right of vote at the General Assembly.
